A bite-sized version of our national-level summit, IYSF Talks brings the energy, insight, and community spirit of our main event into smaller, cozier spaces. Held in local cafés and creative venues, these grassroots discussions empower youth from diverse backgrounds to dive deep into SDG topics, share their stories, and spark change within their communities.

IYSF Talks: Discuss or Dismiss?

Achieving SDGs through women empowerment, education, and poverty reduction.

This intimate and powerful session explored how gender equality, access to education, and breaking the cycle of poverty are deeply interconnected. Youth speakers, educators, and social workers came together in a cozy café setting to share personal stories, best practices, and actionable solutions. Attendees left with a renewed sense of purpose and practical steps to advocate for change in their own communities.

IYSF Talks 2024: Dialogue for Impact

Creating safe, equal, and sustainable cities through SDGs.

Set in the heart of the city, this event brought together young urban thinkers, activists, and local policymakers to imagine the cities of tomorrow. Through open dialogue, interactive discussions, and storytelling, participants explored topics like sustainable infrastructure, inclusive public spaces, and youth participation in local governance. The energy was electric and the ideas sparked are already taking root in local initiatives.

Held at the heart of our academic roots, this event gathered key voices from NGOs, government institutions, and youth communities to discuss the nation’s progress toward climate action and biodiversity conservation. Lively debates, breakout sessions, and shared commitments helped shape a more unified, transparent, and impactful strategy for Indonesia’s SDG journey.
